Training

Dove's Tail has developed training that is a guide to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on mature and disabled customers, who may have additional requirements.

Training As in all market segments, the more you understand a customers needs and individual characteristics, the better quality of service you can provide.

The ultimate aim is to ensure that all customers, including those with physical impairments, experience the best quality of service possible and want to not only repeat the experience, but share it with others.

This one day training course has been divided into four sections. The first covers basic points that all staff should know in order to provide excellent service and the latter three sections cover specific areas of service and contain points and procedures that should be followed when dealing with any mature or disabled customer.
